El Aprendizaje Colaborativo se da basado en un método pedagógico que promueve la enseñanza a través de la socialización.

Inspirado en una palabra árabe que significa Líder, el que construye.

AiMA nace en el año 2023 como una unidad de Doble G en respuesta a una necesidad detectada en sus clientes. Dos años de validación, mejoras y consolidación del modelo permiten hoy que el proyecto vea la luz pública y más personas puedan participar y beneficiarse de sus espacios.

Hoy AiMA ofrece espacios para que nuestras ideas y experiencias tengan voz en un ambiente seguro y confiable. Así los participantes acortan curvas de aprendizaje y construyen conocimiento.

¿Quiénes pueden participar en los espacios de AiMA?

Cualquier persona de alto perfil profesional que comparta los valores de aprendizaje colaborativo, que esté dispuesto a compartir su experiencia de vida profesional y a aprender de las experiencias de otros desde la humildad y la confianza, puede participar de nuestros espacios.

¿Sos gerente, jefe, profesional independiente, propietario o emprendedor de Pequeñas, Medianas y Grandes Empresas?

¿Cómo funcionan los espacios colaborativos?

AiMA es un espacio de construcción de conocimiento a través de la socialización entre pares. Esta construcción la hacemos mediante bloques constructivos de aprendizaje.

El principal bloque constructivo de AiMA son los Grupos de Vida. Estos son espacios donde se reúnen de 10 a 12 personas de diferentes perfiles e industrias como grupos de aprendizaje colaborativo.

Estos Grupos de Vida se reúnen en un ambiente confiable, seguro y confidencial a compartir experiencias, casos, ideas, no sólo profesionales, sino hasta personales. Detrás de todo profesional hay una persona, hay familias, hay emociones, hay sentimientos.

Al frente de cada grupo hay un Arquitecto Colaborativo, una persona con basta experiencia profesional y alto nivel de madurez que se encarga de gestionar los grupos, guiarlos y más que nada articular la relación entre los participantes. Las reuniones siguen una metodología probada y se proporcionan herramientas que aseguran el logro de resultados.
